• All things webinar. We’ll review your last launch webinar to see if it needs to be redone or if we can just edit it. Then, we’ll set up the new webinar on the evergreen platform and optimize your webinar landing pages to capture more leads. 
• End-to-end funnel build. We'll edit your email sequences, landing pages, sales pages and create the automations and funnels in your CRM/email management system. 
• Integrate with Facebook & Instagram advertising. We'll get your online sales system churning by bringing in leads and retargeting them with ads through each step of your funnel. We'll fire up ads to remind people to attend or watch your webinar replay. We'll also ensure your leads are seeing each time-sensitive sales offer (even if they aren't opening their emails). This includes pixel set up, custom audiences, campaign creation, ad copy and creatives - all done for you!

What we need from you:  

• You will need to do some work! While we’ll move heaven and earth for you, we’re not going to go on camera pretending to be you in a webinar or video ad.
• We can supply advertising images, but if you prefer to use your own designer, that works for us too! If that's the case, we'll provide direction on what we creative need. If your sales page or website needs a total redesign, we suggest going to your usual designer though.
• You’ll also need to provide timely approval on strategy, layout, copy and creative; and access to your systems to complete the work. 
• Depending on the tools you already have, you may need to invest in systems to automate your funnel - like Deadline Funnel, Leadpages/ClickFunnels, etc. We won’t touch Infusionsoft or Ontraport, BUT we'll tell you the changes your specialist needs to make so it’s easy for them. 
• You and your team will need to manage your payment plans, affiliate programs, membership sites, social media feeds, and/or FB groups. You'll also need the answer comments on your ads (we'll flag them to you in our weekly reporting though). 
• Your ad spend is on you! We'll provide an estimate of how much advertising budget we recommend based on your income goals and funnel conversion rates.

Time & Expectations

Evergreen funnels take time to tweak. The people coming through your funnel from Facebook ads have never heard of you before.

You’ll start seeing results immediately in the form of traffic and data.  We analyze this data and tweak your funnel to get you the most sales for the greatest profit.  

We ask our clients to not expect significant results until the funnel has been running for 3 months.
