You know you want to keep earning money from your course…but it’s emotional, it’s hard and it can be difficult to feel secure with that kind of financial up and down.

If you’d like to see more regular income coming in, here are a few ideas on how to keep earning money even after you’ve launched.

  1. Upsell

Build into your program a higher-end version. You can do this while you’re launching, but it also works after. Invite your students to join you in a mastermind or for one-on-one group coaching calls. They’ve already expressed they like to work with you, help them take their learning to the next level and improve your cashflow with another opportunity to go deeper with you.

  1. Downsell

Perhaps your course was just too big of a commitment. Not everyone who was interested purchased.

Offer those customers who didn’t purchase a chance to taste a sample of your work. Instead of a 6 month commitment can you offer them a 21 day opportunity? Do you have a smaller product that they don’t know about – let them know that it’s available for purchase after the launch. Many of these customers who purchase the smaller product will later enrol in your course because they trust you more now.

  1. Flashsale

Open the doors to your course for a weekend and run a 20% off code to your email list. You’ll likely have a few sales come through to pad your pockets with and it will be a fun little surprise to your email subscribers and great way to keep earning money from your course.

  • JV Special

Partner with your favourite business bestie who serves your same market and do a webinar or joint venture together. Open up the doors to your course only for her people for a few days. It’s a small way to welcome new students without having to saturate your audience with the same message again.

  • Keep Your Sales Page Open and Tell No One

This is an odd recommendation but I did this accidentally one time and it was very eye opening.

One day, after a launch I forgot to close my cart. I was a new mom and it just didn’t happen.  But then I started noticing all these sales come in – at first I didn’t notice but a few weeks went by and still I saw sales. I tallied up my sales during launch and after and WOW, I had more sales AFTER I launched than during.

This is when I realized I needed to make FB Ads for Launching available all the time for sale (aka evergreen). People wanted to enrol in my course on their time, not mine. I didn’t promote it, it just happened. Try and test it – see what happens and see if you can keep earning money from your course with this little trick.

  • Run Facebook Ads

Also, you should be running Facebook advertising alongside all of these opportunities as it is one solid way to keep earning money from your course. There are people who have visited your website who are not on your list and not following you on social media who you could be selling to with the use of advertising. Not sure how to do that?  Check out FB Ads for Launching here.

Julie-Headshot Farideh’s knowledge of tech and Facebook ads is something I didn’t have, but needed to make this launch a success…. Working with Farideh is amazing. She’s knowledgeable, professional and easy going. Plus, she helped make my launch successful and stress-free. That’s as good as launches get!
